Technical parameters

SF6 Humidity:
1. Measuring range: Dew point -100 ~ +30 ºC(support ppmv, etc. ).
2. Dew point accuracy: +-0.5degree (when the dew point temperature is below 0 degree, the sensor output for the frost point).
3. Repeatability: +-0.5 degree.
4. Gas flow: SF6 adjustment in 0.5 ~ 0.9L/min;

SF6 Purity:
1. Measuring range: 0 ~ 100% SF6;
2. Accuracy and repeatability: +-0.5%, nothing to do with the flow;

1. H2S: 1 ~ 200ppm (standard);
2. SO2: 1 ~ 100ppm (standard);
3. HF: 0 ~ 10ppm (optional);
4. Accuracy: +-1ppm;
